We offer wide range of Pressure Die Castings, which is manufactured as per the international quality standards. As per the processing techniques, these products are offered in two categories, namely high pressure die casting and low pressure die casting. The material includes in Zinc and Aluminum.

We can supply investment casting (or lost-wax) from our foundries to produce castings for various industries. Casting materials include carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, tool steels and nickel based alloys. Local warehousing for JIT delivery and customer supports.

We make patterns and dies for decorative components in wood, Aluminum, Mild steel and in Epoxy.
We work with artisans for wood pattern making and also use latest laser sintering process to make patterns in polymer base.
We can work on STL and Art Cam drawings directly to machine patterns and Dies.

AMJAY is committed to providing quality custom-made extrusions (shapes & profiles) in a variety of alloys to those with the vision to see the potential of these materials.Our extrusions are supplied in copper & copper based alloys (brass & bronze). Aluminum alloys and stainless are also available. Complex shaped extrusions can be fairly easily produced in aluminum, but are considerably more difficult in brass or bronze and even more difficult in copper. AMJAY can help supply some of the most complex shapes in the industry in sizes from very small to very large.
